Rebuilt 3 August 2026 — Meta flagged the campaign, and the video was one of the ads tagged.

No ad now tells the viewer they have the condition. Meta prohibits ads that state or imply a viewer’s medical condition. Gone from every hook, voiceover and end card: “If you have psoriasis”, “Tired of topicals for your eczema?” and all three “Take charge of your <condition>” closing lines. Each ad still names its condition in the opening breath — it addresses the audience rather than the viewer.
“Prescription” is gone — spoken line, caption and end card. It is first on Meta’s own list of trigger words. The narrator now says “It’s doctor guided” and the end card reads “Doctor guided light therapy”.
Captions and end card moved up, out of Meta’s overlay zone. In-feed screenshots showed Facebook’s own “Learn more” button and account handle sitting on top of the captions. They sat at 78% of frame height; Meta covers everything below 70%. Now at 60%, and narrower so they clear the like/comment/share rail.
Shot timing corrected. A cut had been placed on a comma pause inside a sentence rather than the full stop, so words from one shot played over the next shot’s picture and caption. Every cut now lands inside a real silence in the narration.
All three ads now deliver at the same loudness (−14 LUFS). Nothing previously targeted a level, so it drifted with every rebuild.
⚠️ The voiceover is a new recording. It is one continuous take, so changing a line re-records all of it.

The order variant has been withdrawn from this page

It is not shown here any more. The last build of it still contains “prescription” and “Take charge of your <condition>” — the wording that got the campaign tagged — so it should not be circulated.
It also still has its original problem: the CTA implies a patient can simply order the unit, when a doctor has to complete the form first. Both need fixing together before it returns.
